Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is highly transmissible, among this highest risk for developing severe and evenfatal disease is among people over 60 years of age and people with underlying Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory diseaseand cancer. To address the above critical issue Total Health is providing the Health care services to NCD patients with the COVID 19 precautions. As part of this our Medical team is providing the counseling and clinical services like 1. Lab Investigations 2. Diagnosis and Treatment 3. Lifestyle Modification advice and approaches 4. Diet counseling Tips to be healthy #Choose Healthy 1. Eat a Healthy Diet 2. Be Physically Active Every day, Your Way 3. Don’t use any form of Tobacco 4. Avoid or Minimize use of Alcohol 5. Manage Stress and Practice Yoga – Pranayamas, Asanas and Meditation 6. Practice Good Hygiene 7. Regular Health Checkups 8. Wearing of Masks 9. Every 30 minutes hand washing with soap



Apollo Total Health – Mobile Clinics conducted sensitization on COVID 19 symptoms and prevention measures to the community members of Thavanamapalle Mandal .  Aragonda has detected first COVID 19 positive case on 26-07-2020.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has brought about unprecedented fear and uncertainty, especially among older adults.

The elderly rely on social connection more than most.

In 2014 Total Health has initiated the Midday Meal program for elderly people, like “Who is not having the family support, Living Alone, Depend on pension “etc….And providing the Free Health Check-ups once in month with medication.

India practicing a nation-wide lockdown and social distancing. So Elderly people could be feeling more alone than usual.

As part of COVID 19 National – Lockdown Total Health also followed the Lockdown with social distancing. Recently we re-opened and started the providing of Food to Elderly people and providing the nutrition food based on the current situation and ensuring the COVID 19 precautions with social distancing.

Elderly people are very happy and they are enjoying the Lunchtime and regularly they are practicing Hand wash hygiene session.




COVID-19 is ravaging the world with no community immune to the effects of the virus, so Apollo Total Health has taken theme as -“Keep calm and plant trees”.

Planting trees is still one of the most effective and cheapest ways to fight the climate crisis. Even in we may be stuck at home, but we can still take positive action for the planet by planting trees for the future.

As part of Green India Initiative Total Health Planted/distributed the 2000+ saplings to Thavanampalle Mandal which is caters to the community in 32 Gram Panchayats and 195 villages.  Total 10 varieties of Saplings planted/distributed to community, primarily distributed Kanuga, Fruit bearings, Bamboo, Red sandal, Neem, Shadow trees, and Flower varieties


#Encouraging Social Distancing Community Sports (Lifestyle) at Total Health Playground

In Total Health Playground community having the playing facility Shuttle court, Basketball Court, Volley ball court, Football Court, Cricket pitch, Athletic Track (100 mtrs & 200 mtrs) and walking plaza ground etc..

During present pandemic COVID -19 we stopped allowing the community in Total Health Play Ground; recently we resumed the community members to utilize the Total Health playground as per new Govt lockdown guidelines and adhering to the COVID -19 conditions prevention aspects.

The community members are enjoying themselves and are Happy!

Prevention/Precaution Check-list for the participants is as follows

  1. Stay home if sick
  2. Players should bring their own equipment, like gloves and bats, if possible
  3. Reduce physical closeness and keep 6 feet of space between players
  4. Wearing  of mask
  5. Players should clean their hands before and after practices, games, and sharing equipment
  6. Tell a staff member if you don’t feel well
  7. Explained  the game plan to reduce risk -risk of COVID-19 spread can be different, depending on the type of activity
    1. Lowest Risk: Performing skill-building drills or conditioning at home, alone or with members of the same household
    1. Increasing Risk: Team-based practice
    1. More Risk: Within-team competition
    1. Higher Risk: Full competition between teams from the same local villages/Mandal.
    1. Highest Risk: Full competition between teams from different villages/Mandal.
